Cancellation & Return Policy – Sameer Textiles

Order Cancellation

At Sameer Textiles, we process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after placing the order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We take utmost care in delivering authentic Banarasi sarees and ethnic wear products. Returns and exchanges are accepted only under the following circumstances:

Eligible Cases

  • Wrong product received.

  • Damaged product received.

  • Manufacturing defect in the product.

Return Window

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • Requests submitted after the specified return period will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return/Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory and must clearly show the package being opened and the issue with the product.

  • The product should be returned in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or altered products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing.

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.

  • Products returned without a valid unboxing video.

Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup service is subject to availability in your location.

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers will be required to self-ship the product to the address provided by our support team.

  • In such cases, reasonable courier charges may be reimbursed after verification, where applicable.

Return & Exchange Charges

Return or exchange shipping charges may apply depending on the nature of the request and will be communicated by our support team.

Product Quality & Color Disclaimer

Product Quality

All products sold by Sameer Textiles undergo quality checks before dispatch. Returns or exchanges based solely on personal preferences regarding fabric feel, texture, design choice, or quality perception will not be accepted.

Color & Appearance Variation

We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However:

  • Slight variations in color, texture, weave, or appearance may occur due to professional photography lighting.

  • Differences in mobile, tablet, or computer screen settings may affect how colors appear.

  • Such variations are natural and shall not be considered defects or grounds for return.

Handloom & Banarasi Weaving Characteristics

Many Banarasi sarees feature handcrafted weaving, zari work, and traditional artisan techniques. Minor irregularities in weave, texture, or motifs are part of the product's authenticity and should not be considered defects.
