Shipping Locations

We currently deliver orders across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.


Order Processing

  • Orders placed Monday to Saturday are generally processed within 24–48 hours.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days, subject to product availability and successful order verification.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During festive seasons, sale events, or high-order-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping Across India on eligible orders.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

  • Additional charges, if any, for remote or special service areas may be communicated before dispatch.


Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery usually takes 4–9 business days after dispatch.

  • Metro cities may receive deliveries sooner, while remote locations may require additional transit time.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Courier Partner Details

  • Shipment Updates via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp (where applicable)

Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking information.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Government restrictions

  • Remote area delivery constraints

Sameer Textiles shall not be held liable for delays caused by such external factors.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address, phone number, or PIN code is provided:

  • Delivery delays may occur.

  • Additional re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect information may be cancelled after deducting applicable shipping and handling costs.


Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery remains unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or refusal to accept the shipment, the order may be returned to our warehouse. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


Damaged Package on Delivery

If the outer package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery:

  • Please record an unboxing video.

  • Contact our support team immediately within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Claims raised without proper proof may not be accepted.
